Cellars Hill Wind Farm

Working in partnership with local landowners, the Downie family from Dungrove, to develop the Cellars Hill Wind Farm, with potential capacity up to 350 MW located 9 kilometres north of Bothwell, Tasmania. Working also with the consultants on the planning and delivery of the project. The Project will provide significant community benefits, including power subsidies for households within 10km, direct investment, construction and ongoing jobs, and other local procurement opportunities. On 5 February 2025, The Honourable Felix Ellis MP, Minister for Housing, Planning and Consumer Affairs, declared the Cellars Hill Wind Farm a Major Project.

Weasel Solar Farm

Working in partnership with local landowners, the Downie family from Dungrove and the Bowden family from Weasel Plains, to develop the Weasel Solar Farm, a solar project with potential capacity up to 250 MW located 9 kilometres north of Bothwell, Tasmania. Working also with the consultants on the planning and delivery of the project.​As a landowner-led renewable energy project, the Weasel Solar Farm has the potential to create new industry and economic opportunities in Bothwell and surrounding areas. The vision is to use renewable energy alongside existing agricultural and forestry practices to generate significant social and economic benefits for the local community, surrounding landowners, and the state of Tasmania.


 

Hazelwood North Solar Farm

Located at Firmins Lane, Hazelwood North, Victoria, working with Robert Luxmoore Project Management to complete consulting services for the Development Application of this the largest solar farm in Victoria to be operated in conjunction with sheep grazing. In September 2024, the Victorian Government granted approval for the 450 megawatt capacity solar farm that will power approximately 150,000 homes and prevent 700,000 tonnes of emissions.
