About Leah
Leah has worked in administrative services and client management roles for over 20 years. Leah joined Alternate Path Solutions (“APS”) in September 2023 and since this time has been running the business and financial management of the company.
She has a strong understanding of commercial settings and expertise in managing complex operational and management-led initiatives, covering human resources, finance, strategy,marketing and business development.
In previous roles, Leah has helped build successful legal teams, underpinned by her strong knowledge of clients, their businesses and their roles in the market. A true strength is her ability to build and nurture client relationships that ensure pragmatic and commercial outcomes are achieved.
Most of Leah’s career has been spent working with senior management teams in leading law firms both in Australia and internationally, including the US and UK. She has also been a central team member in delivering various major infrastructure projects across Australia and Asia, working alongside private and public sector clients to achieve successful outcomes.
Her new role at APS has allowed her to gain valuable experience in the preparation of online government grant submissions including the Capacity Investment Scheme and Climate-Smart Agriculture Program Partnerships and Innovation Grants. Also, assisting with the management of budgets for large renewable projects and the creation and maintenance of data rooms for various renewable energy projects.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and an Advanced Diploma in Legal Secretarial Administration.
